Ensuring Pixel Perfect Design

Maintaining the Digital Twin of Shelves

I received rendered images of shelves and racks for our project. To ensure accuracy and alignment with real-world dimensions, I converted the pixel values to inches and calculated the corresponding real-world measurements. The challenge was to synchronise the real values with the pixel values, ensuring that the design accurately represented the physical racks. A crucial aspect was ensuring that the number of shelves in the design matched the number of shelves that could be fitted in the real-world racks. The ultimate objective was to achieve pixel-perfect precision, ensuring a seamless integration between the digital design and the physical racks.

Given directions: 300 DPI, 11.25 inch component width, 0.5 inch padding, and the height in inches of each shelf type
